4. Process application and maintenance OI set up.
5. Production line stability maintain.
6. Indirect material budget control.
7. Cost saving and 2nd source evaluation.
8. New Technology transfer and capacity ramp up.
9. Process evaluation to support new tool model qualification.
10. Capacity optimization.
11. Personnel job performance review and improvement."
任职资格:
1. Master or PhD degree in Material, Chemical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or Physics.
2. min 3 years Fab Manufacturing/Engineering managerial experience is preferred.
