• Overall supplier management within commodity of precision plastic injection, mechanical assembly.
• Manage supplier APQP activities to ensure project flawless launch.
• Take the initiative and necessary actions to ensure the suppliers meeting all requirements and specifications during every business phase.
• Close monitoring supplier KPI and drive continuous improvement to meet target.
• Perform supplier process audit. Leading escalated quality topics and support VAVE activity.
• Leading new supplier development in collaboration with purchasing to fulfill business strategy.

• Automotive business experience 5 years.
• Experience on quality or supplier management 3 years. Precision plastic injection and assembly Mechanical or tooling design background.
• Familiar with AIAG Quality tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FEMA..etc.VDA 6.3 Auditor, certificate plus. Sig Sigma Green Belt (recommended).
• Good Problem-Solving techniques experience (mandatory).
• Fluent in written and speaking English and Local Language Chinese.
• Good teamwork.
